Yes. Once we confirm availability and send over your customized package, a signed agreement and non‑refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically due before the event.

Absolutely. We’ll collaborate on your preferences, must‑plays, and do‑not‑plays. On the day of, we read the room and blend your requests with what will keep your guests engaged.
What do you need from the venue?
Access to power outlets, load‑in details, and a designated setup space. For outdoor events we may need tenting or weather protection for equipment. We’ll review all logistics with you ahead of time.
